There are three different types of startup cities:
1. A city that attracts startups (ex. Austin, Bangalore, Lisbon)
2. A city that runs like a startup (ex. Miami , Singapore, Dubai)
3. A city that is a startup itself (ex. Culdesac in Tempe AZ, Prospera in Honduras)

We're creating the infrastructure to create, finance, and govern startup cities around the globe starting with fostering Type 1 startup cities (see above FAQ) with digital-first tools. While some of these efforts will naturally start to overlap with Type 2 & 3 startup cities, the core of our efforts is focused on unlocking innovation in every corner of the globe from the bottoms up.
Our mission is broken into 4 phases:
Phase I - build_citizenry (Current phase)
Phase II - build_assets (Subsidize innovation and crowdfund real estate)
Phase III - build_cities (Buy more real estate and digitally thread the properties together)
Phase IV - build_sovereignty (TBD)
See our roadmap for more details.
